Comment (Deposit): ORE BODIES SEPARATED BY TALUS AND GLACIAL TILL THAT COVERS THE CONTACT BETWEEN GRANODIORITE AND MARBLE FOR 900 FT. NORTHERN ORE BODY (NO. 3) EXPOSED FOR LENGTH OF 230 FT., MAY CONTAIN PYRITE, PYRRHOTITE AND GARNET AT DEPTH, AVG. WIDTH 10 FT., CONTENT OF WO3 EST. 1%. SOUTH ORE BODIES, NO. 2, 125 FT. LONG, 3 FT. WIDE. NO. 1, TWO SHOOTS, ONE SHOOT 150 FT. LONG, 5 FT. WIDE, THE OTHER IS 100 FT. LONG AND 4 FT. WIDE.

Comment (Deposit): LAST WORKED CARRIED OUT WAS IN 1954, SEVERAL TRUCKLOADS OF TACTITE WAS SHIPPED TO PINE CREEK MILL OF THE UNION CARBIDE NUCLEAR CO.

Comment (Production): NO. 3 ORE BODY YIELDED 1,140 LBS OF TUNGSTEN. TALUS MATERIAL AT NO. 3 IS .25-.50% WO3, MOST SCHEELITE PRODUCED FROM THIS TALUS LITTLE GOLD PRESENT. NORTH SIDE OF RIDGE IS ANOTHER TACTITE BODY, CONTAINED .25% WO3, NOT WORKED AS OF 1944 (?). NO. 2, CONTAINED 1% WO3, NO. 1 HAS TWO SHOOTS, ONE SHOOT 2% WO3, THE OTHER 1% WO3. SOME ORE IS HIGH GRADE, 5 TONS SORTED ORE CONTAINED 11.33% WO3.
