Comment (Geology): GEOL.DESC: COMPLEX IS CHIEFLY QUARTZITE, MICA SCHIST AND FOLIATED GRANITIC ROCKS, CUT BY ACIDIC AND BASIC DIKES.

Comment (Deposit): SCHEELITE, DISCONTINUOUSLY DISSEMINATED IN AN AMPHIBOLITE LAYER WITHIN A CRYSTALLINE ROCK COMPLEX. AMPHIBOLITE LAYER, COMPOSED ESSENTIALLY OF DARK GREEN AMPHIBOLE WITH SUBORDINATE PHGOCLASE IS FROM 5 TO 20 FT. WIDE.
