Comment (Location): 2 MILES DUE NORTH OF HILLSBORO ON THE SOUTHWEST SLOPE OF EMPIRE PEAK AT AN ALTITUDE OF 6000 FT.

Comment (Commodity): ASSAY VALUES REPORTED BY D.C. HEDLUND, 1977.

Comment (Deposit): THE BIGELOW CLAIMS CONSIST OF TWO NORTHEAST TRENDING PARALLEL OXIDIZED VEINS WHICH FOLLOW ALONG LATITE DIKES EMPLACED WITHIN FAULT-FRACTURE ZONES. THE WESTERN VEIN WAS REPORTED TO BE 3 FT WIDE. THE EASTERN VEIN WAS REPORTED TO BE 12 IN TO 18 IN WIDE AND MINERALIZED THE FULL LENGTH OF A 400 FT TUNNEL. 3 UNPATENTED CLAIMS.

Comment (Workings): HARLEY, 1934, REPORTED ONE TUNNEL 400 FT IN LENGTH WITH A 25 FT DEEP WINZE AND ANOTHER TUNNEL 150 FT IN LENGTH WITH A 35 FT DEEP WINZE.
