Comment (Deposit): DEPOSITS OCCUR IN LENTICULAR AND DISCONTINUOUS BODIES AS MUCH AS 50 FT. THICK AND ABOUT 200 FT LONG AS BANDS OF DISSEMINATED MAGNETITE IN LIMESTONE. THE MAIN DEPOSIT STRIKES NORTHWEST AND DIPS 30 NE.

Comment (Geology): FOR REGIONAL GEOLOGY SEE SIERRA CUCHILLO DISTRICT.

Comment (Commodity): V.C. KELLEY, 1949 P. 203, ESTIMATES INFERRED RESERVES OF SEVERAL TENS OF THOUSANDS OF TONS OF 40% TO 45% FE.
