Comment (Deposit): THE DIKE NARROWS TO 45 FT. THE MINE IS LOCATED ON A FRACTURE FILLING BODY THAT STRIKES AT RIGHT ANGLES TO A LARGER PEGMATITE THAT STRIKES N65E.
Comment (Workings): THERE ARE SEVERAL CUTS AND A SHALLOW SHAFT.
Comment (Commodity): BERYL IN SCATTERED CRYSTALS ARE FROM 0.5 TO 12 INCHES IN DIAMETER. IT IS RELATIVELY PURE BUT THE SMALL AVERAGE SIZE OF LESS THAN 2 INCHES PRECLUDES SORTING.
