Comment (Deposit): MINERALIZED ZONE IS LOCATED IN ALTERED WALLROCKS. THE OXIDIZED ORE IS LIGHT COLOURED AND FRIABLE. IT CONTAINS SULPHATES LIKE GYPSUM, ACORODITE AND MELENTERITE, AND JACKS SULFIDES. MINERALIZATION IS CONTROLLED BY FISSURES.
Comment (Workings): ONE INCLINE (35 DEG.), CAVED AND INACCESSIBLE; TWO SURFACE WORKINGS (DOZER CUTS) 100X50 FT AND 120X50FT.
Comment (Geology): WALLROCKS ARE DEFORMED AND ALTERED. LIMESTONES ARE DOLOMITIZED AND SILICIFIED. VEINS OF JASPEROID, QUARTZ AND CALCITE ARE COMMON. SHALES ARE CARBONACEOUS, SILICIOUS, CALEAREOUS AND SERICITIC. ORE MINERALS ARE INTIMATELY ASSOCIATED WITH JASPEROID AND QUARTZ VEINS.
