Comments

Comment (Workings): OLD WORKINGS IN THE FLAG MOUNTAIN OREBODY INCLUDE THE LOG CABIN CANYON PROSPECT AND THE BEAR CANYON PROSPECT. FUTURE DEVELOPMENT MAY BE BY OPEN PIT MINING METHODS OR UNDERGROUND ROOM AND PILLAR MINING METHODS.

Comment (Geology): THE FLAG MOUNTAIN STOCK IS SIMILAR TO THE SULPHUR GULCH (QUESTA MOLYBDENUM MINE) STOCK WHICH HAS BEEN CHARACTERIZED AS A SODA OR ALBITE-RICH GRANITE, AN ALASKITE PORPHYRY AND AS A BIOTITE GRANITE WITH AN APLITE TEXTURE.

Comment (Location): ACCURATE LOCATION IS FOR THE APPROXIMATE CENTER OF THE MOLYCORP GROUP OF CLAIMS. CADASTRAL LOCATION IS FOR THE PATENTED CLAIMS, GRID PROJECTED.

Comment (Reserve-Resource): ESTIMATE OF FLAG MOUNTAIN OREBODY RESERVES; BASED ON 0.10 % MOS2 CUTOFF GRADE.
