Comment (Geology): THOMPSON (1991) CONCLUDED THAT ALKALIC MAGMAS AND THEIR GOLD SYSTEMS ARE DERIVED FROM MANTLE-DEEP CRUSTAL SOURCES WITH LITTLE CONTAMINATION.
Comment (Workings): ONLY A MODERATE AMOUNT OF STOPING WAS DONE AT RITA. THE PRINCIPAL STOPE WAS ADJACENT TO THE MAIN SHAFT AND EXTENDED FROM THE 125-FT LEVEL TO THE SURFACE.
