Comment (Geology): DEPOSIT IS HIGH-ANGLE QUARTZ VEIN WHICH IS ASSOCIATED WITH RHYOLITE OR ANDESITE DIKES OF PROBABLE MID-TERTIARY (PALEOCENE-MIOCENE) AGE THAT CUT PRECAMBRIAN IGNEOUS AND METAMORPHIC ROCKS. THE INSTRUSIVE ROCKS ARE UNDATED, BUT PROBABLY 1750 MILLION YEARS AND OLDER.
