THE MAGNESITE, AS A RULE, WAS OF EXCELLENT QUALITY. HOLDINGS IN 1925 WERE 160 ACRES. THE ROCK IS WHITE, PORCELLANEOUS, MASSIVE TO MAMMILLARY; FRACTURE IS CONCHOIDAL. IT OCCURS NEAR THE OUTER MARGIN OF A SERPENTINE BODY ON CEDAR MOUNTAIN
