Comment (Production): LITTLE RECORD OF EARLY PRODUCTION DURING EXPLORATION IN 1938, A SMALL TONNAGE OF ORE WAS SHIPPED WHICH YIELDED 0.38 OZ. OF GOLD AND ABOUT 0.1 OZ. OF SILVER PER TON. LITTLE WORK HAS BEEN DONE SINCE THAT TIME AND IN 1954 THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF ANY RECENT ACTIVITY.

Comment (Geology): GEOL.DESC: VEIN 3 - 4 FT. THICK; APPARENTLY SEVERAL CUTTER VEINS AND AT LEAST ONE MINOR PARALLEL VEIN. WALL ROCKS ARE SHEARED, SOMEWHAT PLATY PYX ANDESITE GREENSTONES. GEARY VEIN IS THE SAME ONE THAT CROSSES THE NUTMEG MINE.
