Comments
Comment (Workings): SMALL PIT, SHAFT 12-FT. DEEP.
Comment (Production): EDEN MINED A FEW TONS OF ORE IN 1918. ALTHOUGH THE ORE APPEARED TO BE MASSIVE CHROMITE, A SAMPLE OF THE "HIGH-GRADE" ASSAYED ONLY 25 PERCENT CR2O3. A FEW TONS OF THE ORE WAS SOLD AT $10 PER TON IN 1918, BUT THE LOW GRADE DISCOURAGED ANY FURTHER ATTEMPTS TO DISPOSE OF MORE.
