THE LIMESTONE STRIKES N. 75 E., AND DIPS 65 N. ORE SEEMS TO BE LOCALIZED BY CROSS FISSURES STRIKING ABOUT N, AND SOME IRREGULAR POCKETS OCCUR ALONG THE FISSURES. ORE IS PARTLY BOTRYOIDAL PSILOMELANE TYPE, PARTLY A SOFT CRYSTALLINE MINERAL RESEMBLING PYROLUSITE, AND PARTLY SOFT BLACK IMPURE MANGANESE OXIDE. SOME GYPSUM IS PRESENT.
