Comments
Comment (Geology): GEOL.DESC: MASSIVE FANGLOMERATE OVER 100 FT THICK HAS A 40 TO 50 FT. ZONE STAINED BLACK WITH MANGANESE OXIDE, WHICH FORMS FILLINGS AROUND THE ROCK CONSTITUENTS. THE FANGLOMERATE FORMS A MASSIVE REEF AND IS OFFSET 50 FT IN THE MIDDLE BY A CROSS FAULT. DEPOSIT APPEARS TO BE BEDDED, BUT DIFFERENCE IN DEGREE OF MINERALIZATION ON THE 2 SIDES OF FISSURES INDICATES A FISSURE ORIGIN.
