Comment (Geology): GEOL.DESC: ORE BODY OCCURS IN CHERT WITH PROMINENT SHALE PARTINGS. ORE BODY EXPOSED IS 30 FT. LONG, APPEARS TO LENSE OUT AT BOTH ENDS, AND IS 1 TO 4 FT. THICK AVERAGING 2 FT. THE OXIDE ORE BED IS MIXED WITH SILICA, AND OCCURS ABOUT 40 FT. ABOVE MASSIVE SANDSTONE.
