Comment (Deposit): A FEW LENTICULAR BODIES OF GOSSAN, THE MOST PROMISING IS ABOVE THE SECOND ADIT, IT OCCURS IN SILICIFIED PORPHYRITIC RHYOLITE, IT IS 2 FT. THICK AND POSSIBLY 50 FT. IN STRIKE LENGTH, APPEARS LOCALIZED WHERE STEEP FOLIATION BENDS AND LIES FLAT.

Comment (Geology): GEOL.DESC: ROCKS IN THE VICINITY ARE INTERLAYERED FLOWS OF PYROCLASTIC AND NONPORPHYRITIC RHYOLITE THAT CONTAIN MUCH PLOW BRECCIA AND SOME PYROCLASTIC MATERIAL. THESE ROCKS HAVE A STEEP FOLIATION, NO BEDDING.

Comment (Deposit): DILLER ( 1906 , PG. 13 ) REPORTS A SMALL ORE BODY TRENDING N 70 - 76 DEGREES W AND DIPPING 84 DEGREES SW. THIS ORE BODY HAS NOT BEEN LOCATED.
