Comment (Workings): IRREGULAR OPEN CUT APPROX. 50 FT. BY 20 FT. AND 15 FT. DEEP IN WHICH TWO SHORT ADITS ARE APPENDED. CROSSCUT DRIVEN 70 FT. N 3 W THEN 50 FT. S 60 W IS 50 FT. SOUTH OF THE OPEN CUT.
Comment (Geology): GEOL.DESC: LIMESTONE TRENDS N 65 W, IS PART OF LARGE ROOF PENDANT. LIMESTONE-DIORITE CONTACT IS PARTLY CONCEALED BY A CAPPING OF CEMENTED LIMESTONE RUBBLE 5 FT. THICK WHICH OVERLIES THE DIORITE. QTZ. VEINLETS AND SHEARED PEGMATITE DIKES CUT THE BRECCIATED LIMESTONE.
