PRIOR TO 1941,A LITTLE HG WAS PRODUCED FROM RETORTS, BUT IN 1942, A 20-TON ROTARY FURNACE WAS INSTALLED AND OPERATED BY MAGEE MINING INC.- DISMANTLED IN 1943.
