Comment (Deposit): CINNABAR WAS DISCOVERED BY T.C. NIEBUHR IN 1939, AND 19 FLASKS OF HG WERE RECOVERED BY THE END OF 1941, USING A 2-PIPE RETORT. THE PROPERTY WAS NOT BEING WORKED IN 1943. THE PROPERTY WAS DEVELOPED BY A 60-FT. INCLINED SHAFT AND SEVERAL OPEN CUTS. "SOLID CINNABAR 'BUNCHES' WEIGHING AS MUCH AS TWO POUNDS" HAVE BEEN REPORTED FOUND IN THE FAULT ZONE. ; INFO.SRC : 1 PUB LIT; 3 FIELD OBSERV
