Comment (Geology): THE GROUP IS LOCATED NEAR THE NORTH END OF THE ELDER CREEK MASS, A LONG FAULT BOUNDED N-S TRENDING ULTRAMAFIC BODY THAT IS EXPOSED OVER AN AREA APPROX. 120 KM BY 4 KM.

Comment (Location): THREE MINES ALSO LOCATED IN 52, SECT. 27. GROUP OF MINES LOCATED IN STEEP RAVINE OF THE MIDDLE FORK OF ELDER CREEK.

Comment (Deposit): ALL MINES LOCATED ON PATENTED GROUND. DISSEMINATED CHROMITE FOUND IN ZONE OF SERPENTINE APPROX. 1/4 MILE WIDE AND TWO MILES LONG ALONG A RIDGE AT THE HEAD OF MIDDLE FORK OF ELDER CK.
