Comments
Comment (Development): CLAIM OWNER HAS DRILLED SEVERAL SHALLOW DIAMONG DRILL HOLES ALONG E-W-TRENDING CONTACT ZONE
Comment (Deposit): CONTACT ZONE WITH DISSEMINATED SCHEELITE IN MODERATELY SILICATED LIMESTONE. PYRITE, CHALCOPYRITE, MAGNETITE AND REPORTEDLY SCHEELITE OCCUR IN THE SKARN ZONE. SULFIDES AND SCHEELITE APPEAR -TO BE CONCENTRATED IN A 1M ZONE ABOUT 25 M FROM THE GRANODIORI-TE CONTACT. LIMESTONE HAS BEEN CONVERTED TO MARBLE WITH LOCAL -TREMOLITE. THE INTRUSIVE IS EXPOSED TO THE NORTH OF THE PROSPE-CTS.
Comment (Workings): SEVERAL OPEN CUTS, PROSPECT PITS FOR 1 KM ALONG AN E-W ZONE.
Comment (Geology): LIMESTONE ONLY MODERATELY SILICATED
Comment (Deposit): SCHEELITE DISSEMINATED IN MODERATELY SILICATED LIMESTONE AT AN INTRUSIVE CONTACT. SILICATED LIMESTONE FORMS THE RIDGE SOUTH OF THE PROSPECT, THE INTRUSIVE OCCUPIES THE BASIN TO THE NORTH. CLAIM OWNER HAS DRILLED SEVERAL SHALLOW DIAMOND DRILL HOLES ALONG EAST-WEST TRENDING CONTACT CONE. THIS DEPOSIT COULD BE THE SAME AS THE MOLLY CLAIMS AND THE FORGOTTEN CLAIM (WILLDEN, 1964, TABLE 25) ; INFO.SRC : 1 PUB LIT; 3 FIELD OBSERV
