Comment (Production): PRODUCTION FROM 1914-1917 WAS ABOUT $300,000. (FERGUSON, P. 139).
Comment (Development): A.O. SMITH CO. SAMPLED THE AREA IN ABOUT 1937. IT WAS FOUND THAT THE GROUP CONSISTING OF BIG PINE, BIG FOUR, MAYFLOWER AND REILLY FRACTION HAD POTENTIAL FOR A HIGH-TONNAGE, LOWGRADE OPERATION.
Comment (Workings): WORKINGS CONSIST OF TWO LARGE GLORY HOLES. THE LARGER OF WHICH IS 900 FT LONG BY 50 TO 75 FT DEEP. CUTS AND PITS.
Comment (Geology): ORE CONSISTS OF SMALL VEINLETS 1/8 TO 1/2 IN WIDE OF IRON-STAINED COMBY QUARTZ CARRYING OXIDIZED PYRITE AND FINELY DIVIDED FREE GOLD.
