Comment (Geology): THE TIN DEPOSITS CONSIST OF CASSITERITE BEARING QUARTZ VEINLETS, LENSES, AND FRACTURE COATINGS IN RHYOLITE ALONG AN E TRENDING BELT 2 MILES LONG & 1/2 MILE WIDE. THE VEINLETS RANGE FROM LESS THAN 1 INCH TO 18" WIDE AND ARE ERRATIE IN STRIKE & DIP. THE WALLROCK IS UNALTERRED, AND THE FRACTURES DISCONTINUOUS. THE VEINLETS HAVE AN OPEN TEXTURE AND APPEAR AS INCRUSTATIONS OF THE WALLS OF CROSS AND PARALLEL FISSURES.
Comment (Deposit): IN THE CENTRAL PART OF THE DISTRICT, THE ONLY WORKINGS ARE SEVERAL PITS AND A SHORT ADIT.
