NEXT WORKINGS APPROXIMATELY -100 FT TO WEST ARE AN ADIT TRENDING S30W, MAYBE 75-100 FT LONG-, AND AN OPEN CUT IMMEDIATELY WEST OF THIS ADIT, AND ANOTHER W-ORKING IN CANYON TO WEST ON WEST SIDE OF CANYON, A SMALL ADIT -MAYBE 100 FT LONG, TRENDING WEST.

Comment (Deposit): CU OXIDE MINERALS IN WHITE, MILKY, VUGGY QUARTZ ASSOCIATED WITH A HORNFELS WHICH IS IN TURN ASSOCIATED WITH A MEDI-UM-FINE-GRAINED GRANODIORITE? INTRUSIVE. EPIDOTE ON FRACTURE S-URFACES IN HORNFELS AND TO A LESSER EXTENT IN INTRUSIVE. HORNF-ELS MAY HAVE ORIGINALLY BEEN A BASIC IGNEOUS ROCK. MAIN ADIT W-AS DRIVEN ON A MILKY WHITE QUARTZ VEIN IN HORNFELS. INTRUSIVE -CONTACT IS VERY CLOSE.
