Comment (Development): IN 1916 JOHN CAHILL DISCOVERED HIGH-GRADE GOLD ORE, AND THE NEVADA BIRCH CREEK MINING CO, WAS ORGANIZED IN 1919 TO CARRY ON DEVELOPMENT WORK.
Comment (Workings): DEVELOPMENT INCLUDES 2 ADITS, THE LONGEST 475 FT IN LENGTH. THERE IS NO MINING OR MILLING EQUIPMENT ON THE PROPERTY.
Comment (Geology): THE VEIN CONTAINS GOLD AND SOME SILVER IN QUARTZ. THE PREVAILING ROCKS IN THE VICINITY ARE ANDESITE, HYOLITE, AND GRANODIORITE (?).
