Comment (Production): MOST OF THE STAR DUST MINES, INC. PRODUCTION (6,553 UNITS) IN THE YEARS 1937-1957 CAME FROM THE STAR DUST EXTENSION. SOME PRODUCTION MAY HAVE COME FROM THE OTHER CLAIMS.
Comment (Deposit): THE TUNGSTEN MINERALIZATION OCCURS IN THE BASAL LAYERS OF A LIMESTONE ROOF PENDANT. A FEW HIGH GRADE ZONES WERE MINED FROM A HILLSIDE SLOPE (EVERETT, F.D., 1961, P. 24).
Comment (Workings): A SHAFT, OPENCUTS, PITS, AND A 75 FT. ADIT APPARENTLY DRIVEN THROUGH A BARREN CONTACT - METAMORPHOSED ZONE (EVERETT, F.D., 1961, P. 24).
