Comments
Comment (Workings): MAY HAVE BEEN A SHORT ADIT, NOW CAVED; CAT ROAD UP SIDE OF MOUNTAIN
Comment (Deposit): SMALL (50FT X 200+FT) PENDANT OF SCHISTOSE HORNFELS ENGULFED BY GRANODIORITE. ABUNDANT CU OXIDES ALONG FRACTURES IN BOTH ROCK TYPES. MINOR ALTERATION ALONG HORNFELS/GRANODIORITE CONTACT-MAINLY BLEACHING. OPEN CUT ABOVE ROAD CUT SHOWS PLENTIFUL COPPER OXIDES. MOST OF THE MINERALIZATION APPEARS TO BE IN THE GRANODIORITE ALONG CONTACT, AND MOST OFIT SEEMS TO BE ALONG THE NORTH CONTACT ZONE. ALSO WHITE PE-STAINED QUARTZ VEIN MATERIAL LYING AROUND ON SURFACE-NONE APPARENT IN PLACE.
