Comment (Deposit): CU OXIDE AND MN OXIDE MINERALS OCCUR IN QUARTZITE AND SPARSE QUARTZ VEIN MATTER AT A MINOR PROSPECT. PYRITE WAS NOTED IN SOME SAMPLES. THE CU MINERAL IS CHRYSOCOLLA. THE PROSPECT IS SHOWN ON MAP GQ-1174 ON AN E-W HIGH ANGLE FAULT SEPARATING PREBLE FM FROM EDNA MOUNTAIN FM. A YELLOW-GREEN ENCRUSTATION MAY BE AN ARSENATE. PROSPECTS 0.5 KM TO NORTH ON TOPO MAP ARE APPARENTLY FOR LOCATION WORK ONLY, (GOLCONDA NO. 3 CLAIM).
