II IN 1983. IN 1983, GEOLOGIC MAPPING, GEOCHEMICAL AND GROUP GEOPHYSICS AND ROCK CHIP SAMPLING WERE COMPLETED, AND NEWHAWK RECEIVED REGULATORY APPROVAL OF ITS STATEMENT OF MATERIAL FACTS. IN 1984, AFTER SPENDING ABOUT $79000 ON THE RECOMMENDED EXPLORATION PROGRAM, THE SOURCE OF MINERALIZATION WAS NOT FOUND. NEWHAWK HAS ABOUT $117000 BUDGETED TO TEST THE PROPERTY, WITH A DRILLING PROGRAM.
