Comments
Comment (Deposit): WORKINGS FOLLOW E-W AND NE SHEARS WITH FELSIC DIKES AND QUARTZ VEINS IN A DARK GRAY GRANODIORITE. ALSO NEARBY IS A THIN VENEER OF OLDER SEDIMENTS. ONE OF THE E-W ADITS WAS DRIVEN USING MOTORIZED EQUIPMENT, BUT ALL OF THE OTHER WORKINGS LOOK OLD AND MANY ARE CAVED. THE NEWER ADIT WAS DRIVEN UNDER THE OPEN PIT. THE MINERALIZATION IS PROBABLY GOLD, ALTHOUGH SOME MINOR AMOUNTS OF SILVER MAY BE RELATED TO THE UNIDENTIFIED SULFIDES.
Comment (Workings): SEVERAL LARGE BUT CAVED ADITS; ONE VERY LARGE OPEN PIT THAT CONSUMED SOME EARLIER WORKINGS.
Comment (Development): WORKINGS 30 OR MORE YEARS OLD, WITH RECENT STAKING BY WESCORD.
Comment (Location): INFO FROM LAND.ST :(1972)
