Comments

Comment (Development): 2 GENERATIONS OF WORKINGS, WITH NEWER DOZER CUTS AND TRENCHES SUPERIMPOSED OVER OLDER INCLINED SHAFTS AND ADITS. NO ACTIVITY AT TIME OF EXAMINATION IN 1985.

Comment (Location): ON SE SIDE OF BLUE MOUNTAIN. . INFO FROM LAND.ST :(1972)

Comment (Deposit): SHAFT IS HEAVILY FE-STAINED AND CUT BY SMALL QUARTZ VEINLETS. SHAFT IS ALSO CUT BY GRANITIC DIKES, DETECTED FROM FLOAT. QUARTZ IS GREASY DARK GRAY AND MILKY WHITE. MINERALIZATION MAY BE ASSOCIATED WITH QUARTZ VEINS AND GRANITIC DIKES. MINERALS FOR INDUSTRY REPORTS THIS AS A SILVER PROSPECT WITH IRON-STAINED SHEAR ZONES IN PHYLLITE.

Comment (Workings): SERIES OF INCLINED SHAFTS AND ADITS SCATTERED OVER TOP OF RIDGE. LATER DOZER CUTS AND TRENCHES EMPLACED OVER OLDER WORKINGS AND ENCOMPASSING A MUCH WIDER AREA THAN THE OLDER WORKINGS.
