ZONE AS EXPOSED AT PORTAL OF ADIT HAS A 2-FT WIDE FRACTURE ZONE WITH ABOUT 6 INCHES OF COCKSCOMB QUARTZ ALONG IT. SAMPLE 1481 IS OF THE SILICIFIED TUFF BRECCIA WITH ANGULAR FRAGMENTS OF ARGILLICALLY ALTERED TUFF CEMENTED BY CHALCEDONIC SILICA.
