Comment (Deposit): BRECCIATED WHITE QUARTZ VEINS ALONG IRON-OXIDE STAINED SHEAR ZONES CUTTING METASEDIMENTARY ROCKS. ZONES ARE 10-15 FT WIDE, STAINED CINNAMON BROWN AND MAY BE ASSOCIATED WITH RHYOLITE DIKES. AT LEAST TWO VEINS ARE EXPOSED IN THE OLD MINE WORKINGS. THEY ARE PARALLEL AND STRIKE ABOUT N 35 E. THESE VEINS EXTEND SW INTO THE AREA OF BRECCIATED RHYOLITE TUFF WHICH HOSTS THE TRINITY DISSEMINATED SILVER OCCURRENCE. VEIN ORE ON THE MINE DUMPS CONTAINS YELLOW IRON, LEAD, ANTIMONY OXIDES AS WELL AS CERUSSITE AND POSSIBLY CLOTS OF SPHALERITE.
