Comment (Deposit): FAULT-BRECCIA ZONE 2-4 FT WIDE; BRECCIATED COUNTRY ROCK WITH BUT LITTLE QUARTZ, SILICIFICATION OR MINERALIZATION, ALTHOUGH THE ROCK PANS WELL IN GOLD: BRANCH PROSPECT, TO THE WEST CONTAINS MORE QUARTZ THAN SOME OF THE OTHER PROSPECTS IN THIS CANYON.
Comment (Workings): SMITH PROSPECT OPENED BY A 35-FT SHAFT; BRANCH PROSPECT OPENED BY A 50-FT TUNNEL.
