Comments

Comment (Development): AN INCLINE AND PROSPECTS

Comment (Workings): THESE ARE VERY OLD WORKINGS, LOTS OF SQUARE NAILS BUT NO SURVIVING TIMBER. OPEN STOPES HAVE BEEN UTILIZED. THE THREE SHAFTS WERE COVERED UNDER THE PRICE LODE CLAIMS BUT WERE STAKED BY THE SAME RUSSELL HENDERSON.

Comment (Geology): THE INCLINE WAS SUNK ON THE 75-80 DEGREES SW DIPPING VEIN SYSTEM. SAMPLE 4207 FROM THE DUMP. ABOUT 2000 FEET FURTHER SOUTH ARE THREE SHAFTS THAT APPEAR TO BE ON THE SAME N 10 DEGREES W VEIN. AGAIN THE VEIN IS BADLY CRUSHED BUT THE LOCALITY HAS A WELL DEVELOPED QUARTZ COMPONENT.
