Comments

Comment (Commodity): AU:AG RATIO APPROX. 10:1.

Comment (Deposit): THIS IS A "BLIND" DISCOVERY. DACITIC INTRUSIVES HOST A MAJORITY OF THE ORE. ; INFO.SRC : 1 PUB LIT; 3 FIELD OBSERV

Comment (Development): EXPLORATION FOCUSED ON THE MOTHER LODE FAULT, A N50E-STRIKING FAULT THAT PARALLELS TATES WASH, BASED ON NUMEROUS PROSPECT PITS ALONG ITS STRIKE. 55 HOLES WERE DRILLED ALONG THE MOTHER LODE FAULT, INTERSECTING NARROW ZONES OF GOLD MINERALIZATION. IN 1985, HOLE ML-59 WAS DRILLED TO TEST THE INTERSECTION OF THE MOTHER LODE FAULT WITH NW-STRIKING RANGE FRONT FAULTS. THIS HOLE INTERSECTED 155 FT. GRADING 0.049 OPT GOLD STARTING AT A DEPTH OF 35 FT. 104 REVERSE CIRCULATION AND 3 CORE HOLES WERE THEN DRILLED ON APPROX. 100 FT. CENTERS TO DELINEATE THE MOTHER LODE OREBODY.

Comment (Workings): IN APRIL, 1990, APPROX. 2500 TONS OF OXIDE ORE PER DAY WAS BEING MINED DURING THE INITIAL PHASE OF OPERATION.

Comment (Geology): SPARSE DATA FOR THE DEPOSIT MAKES SELECTION OF THE MODEL NUMBER DIFFICULT. SELECTION MADE MAINLY ON PROXIMITY AND POSSIBLE GEOLOGICAL SIMILARITY TO THE BOND GOLD BULLFROG DEPOSIT.

Comment (Location): LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST EXTREMITY OF THE BARE MOUNTAINS.

Comment (Reserve-Resource): RESERVE FIGURES REPRESENT PRE-MINING ESTIMATES USING A CUTOFF GRADE OF 0.020 OPT GOLD.
