DRIFTS, CROSSCUTS, THE FISSURE AND ASSOC. DRIFTS, CROSSCUTS, SHAFTS, AND PITS. THE MIDDLE TUNNEL EXPLORED ORE SHOOTS VARYING IN WIDTH FROM 14 IN. TO 10 FT.

Comment (Production): 100 TONS OF CERUSSITE SHIPPED TO HOT SPRINGS SMELTER , NORTH OF ABRAHAM, MILLARD CO., IN 1080'S; JOINT PRODUCTION WITH TINTIC DISTRICT DELAWARE MINE, 52 TONS, ZN-PB ORE, 1945; JOINT PROD. WITH BLACK JACK GROUP, 99 TONS PB-ZN ORE, 1953.

Comment (Workings): THREE MAJOR TUNNELS, UPPER, MIDDLE, AND LOWER, WITH ASSOC. DRIFTS, CROSSCUTS, SHORT ADITS, SHAFTS, AND PITS. MOST OF THE PRODUCTION WAS FROM THE MIDDLE TUNNEL. THE UNDERGROUND WORKINGS TOTAL APPROX. 2500 FT (THIS WAS THE TOTAL IN 1950).

Comment (Geology): MIDDLE BLAINE TUNNEL IS AT THE APPROX. BOUNDARY BETWEEN OXIDIZED AND UNOXIDIZED ORE.
