END. WALL ROCKS ARE VERY MICACEOUS MICA QUARTZ SCHIST, WITH SOME GLAUCOPHANE SCHIST. NEAR N. END, ROCKS ARE INTRUDED BY 2 FT. THICK WEATHERED BASALT DIKE. ALL ROCKS ARE FRACTURED AND SHEARED. SILICEOUS MANGANESE OXIDE SURROUNDS SILICA CORES.
