Mine Info
Satelite View
MRDS mine locations are often very general, and in some cases are incorrect. Some mine remains have been covered or removed by modern industrial activity or by development of things like housing. The satellite view offers a quick glimpse as to whether the MRDS location corresponds to visible mine remains.

Comments
Comment (Deposit): ABWilson determined that there is insufficient information to maintain separate records for each of the former old records and merged them because they all use the same reference. If someone later determines that these are discrete deposits the record can show the multiple locations in the locations table. NOTE: The Fruchey thesis was not available at the time of record consolidation.
