IN MONZONITE TO PROSPECT VEINS IN IT. PORTAL WAS VERTICALLY BELOW EAST EDGE OF OVERLYING QUARTZITE BED. IN 1939, SHALLOW INCLINE SUNK ON INYO NO. 2 CLAIM AND STOPED A SMALL TONNAGE OF ORE.
