Comment (Geology): UPPER ADIT COUNTR ROCK IS DARK SLATE AND SCHIST; ONLY ONE DISTINCT VEIN PRESENT, ALTHOUGH A LITTLE QTZ IN E DIPPING SLIP MAY BE E VEIN OF LOWER ADIT. LOWER ADIT WALLRX ARE AMPHIBOLITE SCHIST AND SLATY PHASES, ALSO CUT BY GABBRO & DIORITE DIKES W SOME GREENSTONE TUFFACEOUS SCHIST, SHEARED BLACK SCHIST. 2 VEINS & 3 RD WHICH MAY UNITE W ONE. STEEPLY DIPPING GOUGE. EVIDENCE OF POST MINERAL FAULT MOVEMENT IN LOWER ADIT ESPECIALLY. THE E VEIN IS DISPLACED BY A FAULT AT SMALL ANGLE TO VEIN.
