Comment (Workings): THE MINE WORKINGS CONSIST OF A TUNNEL DRIFT ABOUT 60 FT LONG & AN INCLINE SHAFT 140 FT DEEP. THE TUNNEL FOLLOWS THE STRIKE OF THE ORE VEIN, AND THE INCLINE FOLLOWS THE DIP.
Comment (Deposit): MINING STARTED ON A SMALL COPPER SHOWING IN A QUARTZ LEDGE IN DOLOMITE "H" (CRITTENDEN) (LOWER MARJUM FM?) THE LEDGE IS PART OF THE KEYSTONE-ALTO VEIN SYSTEM & IS ACCOMPANIED BY AN 18" QTZITE PEBBLE DIKE.
