Comments
Comment (Location): DEPOSIT LOCATED NEAR THE TOP OF THE HURRICANE CLIFFS ; INFO FROM LAND.ST :(1975)
Comment (Development): DESCRIBED BY BASSLER AND REESIDE, 1921, AND WAS DESCRIBED AND MAPPED BY BLAKEY IN 1979.
Comment (Deposit): HYDROCARBONS OCCUR MOSTLY WITHIN THE MIDDLE PART OF THE TIMPOWEAP MEMBER. HYDROCARBONS OCCUR IN VUGS ASSOCIATED WITH PISOLITES AND OTHER PROBABLE ALGAL STRUCTURES. MOST OF THE HYDROCARBON MATERIAL APPEARS TO BE A TARRY FORM. THE SIZE OF STAINED AREAS AND INTENSITY OF STAINING INDICATES THAT THE DEPOSIT IS VERY SMALL IN SIZE.
Comment (Workings): NO KNOWN WORKINGS
