Comment (Deposit): PLANS CALL FOR INSTALLATION OF A ONE CU. YD. DRAGLINE OUTFIT TO WORK THE BARS WHICH ARE SAID TO BE MUCH HIGHER IN GRADE THAN THE GRAVELS OF THE TERRACE.
