Comment (Workings): ADIT SEVERAL HUNDRED FEET IN LENGTH WITH TWO PARALLEL EAST-TRENDING BRANCHES. THE SOUTHERN BRANCH CONTAINS MORE EXTENSIVE WORKINGS AND ONE AREA OF MINOR STOPING.

Comment (Geology): ADIT MAY BE IN TINTIC QUARTZITE RATHER THAN MUTUAL FM.
