ORE BED IS PARALLEL WITH CHERT BEDDING PLANE, STRIKING N 30 W, AND DIPPING 55 E, AND IS CUT OFF BY FAULT AT S. END. ORE BODY IS INTERLAYERED BANDS AND LENSES OF DIFFERENT MATERIALS, WITH A ROUGH STRATIFICATION OF ABRUPT AND GRADUAL TRANSITIONS. JASPER IS ASSOCIATED WITH A BROWN OPALINE ORE, AND CUT BY VEINLETS OF A PINK MANGANIFEROUS CARBONATE. CONSIDERABLE NEOTOCITE IS PRESENT.
