Comment (Location): LOCATED ABOUT 1 MILE SOUTH OF STATE ROUTE 180 ON THE EAST SIDE OF READY PAY GULCH.
Comment (Production): CLAIMS COVERING THE DEPOSIT WERE LOCATED IN THE LATE 1880'S AND SOME MANGANIFEROUS GOLD-SILVER ORE WAS PRODUCED AT THAT TIME. IN 1953 AND 1954 41 LONG TONS OF HAND-SORTED ORE AVERAGING 20.6% MN WAS PRODUCED.
Comment (Deposit): THE DEPOSIT OCCURS AS NARROW STRANDS AND IRREGULAR MASSES, AT THE INTERSECTION AND, ALONG 2 FRACTURES. 1 FRACTURE STRIKES ALMOST DUE EAST AND DIPS 50 NORTH, THE OTHER FRACTURE STRIKES N 20 E AND IS NEARLY VERTICAL. THE BETTER ORE RANGES FROM 2 FT. TO 4 FT. THICK WITH LOCAL SWELLS OF LOW-GRADE ORE UP TO 8 FT. THICK. 2 UNPATENTED CLAIMS.
Comment (Workings): WORKINGS REPORTED IN 1961 CONSISTED OF 3 OPEN CUTS UP TO 40 FT. LONG, A FEW PITS AND SOME INACCESSIBLE UNDERGROUND WORKINGS.
