Comment (Deposit): SMALL ORE BODIES ARE LOCALIZED WITHIN A ZONE HAVING THE ABOVE DIMENSIONS AND STRIKE.

Comment (Workings): WORKINGS CONSISTED OF SEVERAL SMALL SHAFTS (NOW FLOODED), AN ADIT (NOW CAVED) AND SEVERAL SHALLOW PITS AND TRENCHES. (1975)

Comment (Geology): DEPOSIT OCCURS IN A MASS OF ULTRAMAFIC ROCKS THAT HAVE INTRUDED PALEOZOIC METAMORPHICS OF THE CULAVERAS GROUP. A THICK (UP TO 10 FT) MANTLE OF RESIDUAL SOIL COVERS THE CHROMITE BEARING SERPENTINES.
