Comments
Comment (Deposit): GREY TO WHITE SACCHROIDAL TO MASSIVE VITREOUS FRACTURED QUARTZ VEIN FOLLOWS BEDDING PLANE, AND IS CUT BY INTERSECTING VERTICAL SHEAR ZONE 8 FT WIDE TRENDING N20W. QUARTZITE IS HEAVILY FE-MN STAINED COATED WITH ABUNDANT JAROSITE, POSSIBLY SOME SPHALERITE, CERUSSITE, HEMIMORPHITE(?). FINLEY DISSEMINATED FRESH PYRITE IN QUARTZ VEIN. GREY ZONES IN QUARTZ AND WEIGHT OF ROCK SUGGEST THAT IT MAY CARRY FINELY DISSEMINATED SULFIDES, (GALENA?)
Comment (Workings): SINGLE VERTICAL SHAFT
