Comment (Geology): MINERALIZATION IN QUARTZITIC SCHIST WHICH LIES BETWEEN SLATE AND SCHIST, GENETICALLY INTERMEDIATE BETWEEN TRUE REPLACEMENT AND FISSURE VEIN. HOST ROCK CONTAINS SEAMS OF SECONDARY ALBITE AND QTZ AS WELL AS A FEW BASIC DIKES. ORE BODY AVERAGES ABOUT 100 FT THICK IN W GOLD BELT
